And suddenly I woke up
and found you there
angry! how dare
you walk into my world
stranger you were
stranger who cared
I pushed you away
I was scared
how could I let you in
in my complicated life
I yelled
I shouted and I cried
I warned
“there is no place inside”
you kept going on
digging the barrel land
with ya hands
you touched my soul
wherever it was dark
you lit a candle
and there was light
you warmed the house
made me ya behalf
you changed my life
every bit here and there
now its you everywhere
you made my house
our home
i know
you’ll never leave me alone!

I have walked alone
Walked down this road
Of life
The storms came around
And left destruction
But you showed me light
And gave a new hope of life

Even though I turned my back
You were always there
Around the corner
I went through loneliness
