We can not deny physiology. Mentally disturbed/ sick people need help of physiologists like a physically sick needs a doctor. Prayers are as important. Physical being and spirituality go hand in hand. (John 3:18) The shameless will stand condemned already by his sins, and he will feel so. And today as good as everyone are shameless. There is no fear of God. And so everyone feels guilt, being sinful. It is a tragedy. And the expectation is that all should feel guilty, even children. Psychology is a stupid thing.
